Meet Jun Nakanishi, the person behind your Four Grams cookies!
As a half-Japanese, half-Hong Konger raised in the vibrant city of Hong Kong, Jun brings a blend of uniqueness and pride in craftsmanship to every cookie she bakes.
With a Japanese father's influence, Jun's meticulous attention to taste and her daring to be different shine through in every batch.
Her Japanese surname, Nakanishi, meaning “中西” - “East-West” in Cantonese, serves as both inspiration and foundation for the East-meets-West flavors at Four Grams, with a special focus on the tastes of Hong Kong.
Proud of her Hong Kong heritage, Jun's dream is to share the flavors of home with every Hong Kong foodie and traveler.
Handmade in small batches, Four Grams cookies boast premium, real ingredients, with no artificial colouring, flavourings, additives, or preservatives—just pure, delicious joy in every bite!
